# EDV GT: Justice Operations Podiumsdiskussion über digitale Transformation in der Justiz
**Justice Operations – Brauchen wir neues Mindset für digitale Transformation der Justiz?**
Zusammen bilden Menschen, Prozesse und Technologie die drei Säulen der digitalen Transformation. Dies gilt nicht nur für die Rechtspraxis in Kanzleien und Rechtsabteilungen, sondern auch für die Justiz. Deshalb haben der EDVGT – Forum für digitale Innovation im Recht und das Liquid Legal Institute gemeinsam die Initiative Justice Operations gestartet. In der Paneldiskussion möchten wir einige ausgewählte Aspekte der aktuellen Diskussion beleuchten. Welche Herausforderungen muss die Justiz meistern um „im Tagesgeschäft“ des digitalen Zeitalters zu bestehen? Welche Rolle spielen das Bundesministerium der Justiz, die Länder und die Gerichte und Staatsanwaltschaften. Wie könnte das Zusammenspiel von Menschen, Prozessen und Technologien in der Justiz gelingen? Ist eine Justizplattform die Zukunft der Justiz und wie sollte diese aussehen? Sind das Basisdokument und die Erfahrungen aus dem Reallabor möglicherweise ein Schlüssel zum Erfolg?
